Et bien c’est là que dj Kool Herc et sa soeur Cindy ont organisé ce qui est considéré comme la première soirée Hiphop de l’Histoire, et par là même c’est à ce moment qu’est né le Hiphop, lorsque Kool Herc enchaînait les breaks derrières ses platines.
